The 131st meeting of members of the Club is set for Monday 29 November 2021, 4pm, Marshall Stand.
Formal notice was given to members earlier this month.
AJC Secretary, Bruce Cleland, said in announcing the date “the detail of the business for the meeting will be provided in the Annual Report, next month. In the meantime, if any member would like to propose a remit for possible consideration at the meeting it will have to be with me before Monday 8 November. Given the possible continuation of restrictive COVID-19 alert levels in Auckland, the Committee will give consideration to whether the Annual Members Meeting should be held remotely (using Teams or Zoom). We do have a rule covering such a scenario (R 7.10) – there may be relatively short notice about that.”
