AJC Annual Members Meeting (AMM) Moves Online

With our AMM timed for Monday 29 November, there is uncertainty about what Covid-19 alert level restrictions will apply in Auckland on that day. We understand that the Government’s next main announcement about releasing the city from lockdown will take place on 29 November.

For that reason we are going to hold this year’s AMM by a “virtual meeting”. This involves members participating via an internet connection and using software called Zoom.

For those members whose email address the club has, we will send out an email with instructions on how to use Zoom. Please look out for this in the coming days and let us know if you need technical support to download Zoom to your computer or smart phone and/or some help in how to join the meeting.

Members are welcome to express their interest in attending online and someone from the club will be in touch to help. Contact admin@ajc.co.nz or phone us on 021 393 820 – we can help and discuss how the Zoom meeting will work.

The time and date notified to members remains – 4pm on Monday 29 November.

So we can email you the Zoom link for you to click on to join the meeting, we ask that you RSVP by email by Thursday 25 November to admin@ajc.co.nz or by phone to Richard Pridham (Racing Manager) on 027 537 2990.
